Speaker: Joe Doa – Security Director, Palmer House Hilton Hotel
A graduate of Grand Valley State University with a BA in Business Administration, Joe Doa has 10 years of hospitality, safety, and security experience. Prior to becoming the Director of Safety and Security at the Palmer House Hilton, Joe held various roles with a reputable hospitality management company in the operations and security fields specializing in physical security, emergency preparedness, VIP & dignitary protection, life safety, and parking/transportation operations. As Director of Safety and Security, Joe oversees a team of highly skilled and trained professionals certified in CPR and First Aid through the American Red Cross. His team is also certified from by the American Hotel and Lodging Association, City of Chicago Fire Guards, and various courses from the Department of Homeland Security’s Emergency Management Institute.
