April 26 -27 Grand Rapids
If you’re interested in learning more about the new internationally recognized business travel risk management standard, the ISO 31030, I’ll be speaking about this topic at the upcoming GBTA | Michigan chapter education day.
This in-person GBTA Michigan Chapter education event will begin with a pre-event networking reception held the night prior, Wed, April 26, followed by the full education program the following day, Thur, April 27. Both events will occur at the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Grand Rapids Airport Hotel, which is convenient for those flying in for the event (free airport shuttle to the hotel).
If you’re a travel manager or buyer, you can bring your boss or “VIB” (very important business partner) to the event at π»πΌ π°πΌππ ππΌ ππ΅π² π΄ππ²ππ.
I’d also recommend that attendees extend this invitation to their corporate security, HR, and Risk departments and have them attend with you (send them this video as well). This is because successful travel risk management programs have strong cross-functional departments that share the responsibilities.
If you’re not a GBTA | Global Business Travel Association member, this event is open to the public; you just have to pay a slightly higher registration fee to attend the full-day meeting, as well as have access to the networking event the night prior.
I’ll also be attending the networking reception the night before, so stop by and reconnect with new and old friends and clients (and potential clients as well).
Special thanks to the sponsors, Fiesta Americana Inc, sponsor of the full education day, and Cytric by Amadeus for sponsoring the networking reception the night prior.
